Instead of focusing on one "right" way to give birth, we'll discuss what normal labor looks like, how birth typically unfolds, comfort techniques that actually work, and how to make informed decisions if your birth takes an unexpected turn.

During this class, you'll learn about:

• When to stay home and when it's time to leave for your birth location

• Practical comfort measures and natural pain management techniques

• Breathing, positioning, movement, massage, hydrotherapy, and partner support

• Induction, augmentation, epidurals, assisted birth, and cesarean birth

• How to communicate with your healthcare team and advocate for your preferences
