While the standard maternity care includes postpartum visits up to 6 weeks, I know that the journey doesn’t end there. The first year postpartum is filled with significant physical, emotional, and hormonal changes, which is why I’m offering this option for families looking for more robust, long-term support. This service is also open to families who had hospital births and are looking for continued support.

What’s Included in the Extended Postpartum Care Package:

• Wellness labs (as indicated, with lab fees included).

• Twice per month check-ups for the first 3 months postpartum.

• Monthly check-ups from 3 months until your baby’s first birthday.

• Email and text access for any questions or concerns during the first year.

• A special in-home postpartum belly binding session to support recovery and healing.

I want to ensure that you and your family feel supported and empowered through every step of your postpartum journey. Whether you need general guidance, emotional support, or answers to questions that arise, you’ll have the resources and care you need.
